The Property
Every lot at Ivy Hill provides either partial or complete shade, on a lovely farm setting. Lots are gravel and grass — there are no concrete pads.

$650 per month. Guests staying less than 90 days are charged an additional 6% lodging tax. The monthly rate includes up to $125 per month of utilities; anything above that is billed each month.

All of our lots have either partial or complete shade. Lots are gravel and grass; there are no concrete pads.
Yes, with the pet rules. No more than three pets per guest. Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Chow Chows, and Rottweilers are not permitted. Pets must be leashed at all times, you must clean up after them, and current shot records must be on file with the owner.
Allowed with proof of insurance and a signed personal liability waiver. No one under the age of 16 may drive a golf cart or ATV on the property. ATVs also require management approval.
No bath house and no laundry facility on site.
Not on site. Guests are welcome to use the one across Highway 14 at University Station RV Park.

Yes — $75 per month for dry storage and $115 per month for electric storage. Boat and ATV storage is available; ask staff about rates and agreements.
Guests may build a non-permanent structure at their site only with prior approval from management.
Quiet hours are 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Generators are not permitted during quiet hours except in emergencies.
